The contemporary storyline follows characters in the United States and London as ordinary systems of communication become instruments of consensus.
The Tunnel of Bones storyline reaches into a prehistoric family’s struggle for survival, tracing the same pressure toward silence and control through a world of stone, fire, hunger, and memory.
